Chinmay Desai

Chinmay Desai is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in strategic roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HRBP for West & Central at PBPartners since March 2022, Chinmay previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Thomas Cook India Limited from August 2021 to March 2022 and in an earlier capacity from April 2018 to October 2020. Additionally, an internship as a Human Resources Intern was completed at SOTC Travel Ltd. in 2017. Chinmay is pursuing a Masters in Business Administration, specializing in Leadership and Strategy, at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, with an expected graduation in July 2024. Earlier academic achievements include a Bachelor of Management Studies in Business Management from DG Ruparel College of Arts, Science and Commerce, earned between 2014 and 2017.
