Raychel O. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Raychel began their career as an ESL Staff Assistant at Evergreen School District in 2004. In 2005, they became the Site Director at High Trails Outdoor Science School, responsible for daily operations and staff supervision. In 2016, Raychel joined Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) as a Staff Engineer, responsible for engineering projects. Raychel also worked at PSI as an Environmental Engineering Intern in 2016.

Raychel O. has an extensive education history. Raychel started their academic journey in 1995 at Evergreen High School, where they focused on advanced coursework and college preparation. After graduating with a high school diploma in 1998, they attended the University of Washington from 1998 to 2004. There, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies, with a minor in Spanish.

Finally, in 2022, they completed the AHERA Building Inspector Refresher and HAZWOPER (40 Hour) Refresher certifications from the US Environmental Protection Agency and the US Department of Labor OSHA, respectively. Raychel also holds a Red Cross certification in CPR/First Aid, obtained in 2016.
