Robert Smith (Buck)

Robert "Buck" Smith has a strong background in engineering, primarily in land development projects. Robert "Buck" has worked as a Project Manager and Project Engineer at PBS Engineering and Environmental since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Engineer at Emerio Design, LLC from 2013 to 2017, where they focused on public improvement projects and collaborated with various stakeholders. Buck also has experience as an English Language Teacher at Speakeasy, where they taught English to adult professionals from 2011 to 2013. Before that, they worked as a Project Engineer at AAI Engineering, Inc from 2008 to 2009, where they managed project proposals, budgets, and coordination with clients and contractors. Robert "Buck" has further experience as a Senior Project Designer at WRG Design, Inc from 2000 to 2007, where they handled various aspects of project design, including flood analysis, storm system design, and plan review. Throughout their career, Buck has demonstrated strong technical expertise, client relationship management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Robert "Buck" Smith obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Portland State University. Robert "Buck" then went on to earn a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering & Technology Management, as well as two Graduate Certificates in Project Management and Strategic Management of Technology, all from Portland State University. Prior to their college education, Buck Smith graduated from Jesuit High School in 1998, where they received their High School Diploma.
