Jana Duncan

Jana Duncan has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jana began their career at GE in 1989 as a Senior Manager in Corporate Development. Jana then worked at HSBC from 1995 to 2004 as a Group Director in Corporate Development. Jana then joined RBS in 2004 as a Managing Director in Program Management for Corporate Development. In 2010, they moved to T5 Capital as the Head of Portfolio Management. Jana's most recent role is with Pournader & Company, Inc., where they are the Managing Director in the Restructuring & Performance Improvement Practice. Throughout their career, Jana has demonstrated their expertise in corporate development and program management.

Jana Duncan received a Certificate in Global Management in Digital Transformation & Innovation from INSEAD in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an EMBA in International Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management in 1994. In 1989, they completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.
