Nick Pournader

Nick Pournader has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Nick co-founded P&C Global in 2012 and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. In this role, they lead a global consultancy that specializes in digital transformation, strategy and innovation, corporate performance, organization and human capital, data sciences and AI, and IT transformation. Nick is responsible for overseeing mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning initiatives, and business process improvements for clients and internally.

Prior to P&C Global, Nick co-founded Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2010 to 2012. Nick spearheaded the development and leadership of a cutting-edge SaaS-based analytics platform tailored for healthcare payers.

Before that, Nick worked at Grant & Eisenhofer, PA, from 2003 to 2011, serving as the Chief Operating Officer & CFO. Nick also held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Oracle from 2000 to 2003 and Senior Vice President of Strategy at SunGard from 1994 to 2000.

Nick Pournader has a diverse education history. Nick obtained an Executive Certificate in Technology and Operations with a focus on Supply Chain Transformation and Product Platforms from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2021. In the same year, they also completed an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation, specializing in Digital Reinvention and Dynamic Work Design, from the same institution.
