Shani Ganz

Shani Ganz has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Shani is currently the Director of Customers & Business Process Development at PCB Technologies Ltd., where they are responsible for overseeing customer relations and developing business processes. Prior to this, they worked as the Production Planning Control & Customer service manager at the same company.

Before joining PCB Technologies Ltd., Shani worked at TowerJazz as a PMO in the Corporate Planning Department. In this role, they managed projects, analyzed corporate data, and oversaw the full life cycle of active projects. Shani also took charge of IT and supply chain infrastructure projects.

Shani's previous experience includes working as a Product Launch Manager at Taro Pharmaceuticals, where they coordinated activities related to bringing new products to market and transferring them to mass production. Shani also managed global projects and integrated cross-organizational resources.

Earlier in their career, Shani held positions at Sanmina as a Spare parts supply program planner and at Flex as a Material Planner -apprentice.
