Selma Jhasmin Mejia Fernandez is an accomplished technology leader with diverse experience in application development and system optimization. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and application developer at KOVA BUILDER, since December 2019, Selma has also worked as a Web Application Developer at PCB Unlimited since August 2017, specializing in Ruby on Rails and ReactJS. Previous roles include Development Specialist at Corporación ISC Bunker Ramo de Venezuela, where mobile and web applications were developed using various frameworks, and Application Specialist at Bancaribe, focusing on IT audit resolutions and system security enhancement.
