Michele Mallory

Michele Mallory has over 25 years of experience in the IT field. Michele'smost recent role is as the VP of IT at PCC Community Markets since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Information Technology at Farmers New World Life from 2016 to 2021, where they managed a $40M annual operating budget and was responsible for delivering IT services to the company and its agents. Before that, they held various leadership positions at Jack Henry & Associates, Intellectual Ventures, Umpqua Bank, JPMorgan Chase, Arizona Department of Revenue, Pegasus Solutions, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo Bank, where they oversaw software engineering, project management, application engineering, and IT divisions. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large budgets and teams.

Michele Mallory earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Arizona State University from 1984 to 1988. Michele has also obtained several certifications, including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in May 2019, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in March 2019, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), although the specific month and year of obtaining the PMP certification are not provided.
