Brian Heafey

Brian Heafey is a partner and is responsible for PCCP’s debt portfolio, serving as the fund manager for its various debt investment vehicles. Having joined PCCP in 2000, his fund management experience at the firm includes overseeing $3.5 billion in lending capacity for PCCP Credit IX. Mr. Heafey also serves as the fund manager for PCCP Credit VI. Previously, Mr. Heafey was head of investment and portfolio management for both PCCP’s equity and debt portfolios and managed PCCP’s joint venture that originated over $3.8 billion of commercial real estate loans. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Heafey was a Consulting Manager for E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group throughout Asia and the United States. Mr. Heafey received his bachelor’s degree from Stanford University. He is a former Trustee for St. Ignatius College Preparatory, former board member of Rose Court, a low-income housing development and is active in Canine Companions for Independence.
