David Humphreys

David Humphreys is a seasoned professional in user experience design, currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at PCCW GLOBAL Limited since March 2021, specializing in user research and testing. Prior to this role, David held managerial and senior consulting positions at PeakXD from June 2014 to November 2020, leading projects for various sectors including government and education while managing client relationships and usability services. David also contributed to user research and interface design as a Senior Consultant at Peak Usability from May 2007 to November 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business Analyst and Information Management Design Consultant at the Department of Primary Industries & Fisheries, where David focused on usability and design standards, and as a Customer Service Supervisor at Ausdoc from 1996 to 2000. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Griffith University, completed in 1997.
