Ricsan Cobrado

Ricsan Cobrado has over 15 years of experience in the engineering field, with a focus on systems engineering and project management. Currently serving as an Assistant Engineer at PCCW since March 2017, Ricsan previously held the role of Senior Systems Engineer for CCTV and Access Control at Hemaya S.S.Co. from March 2008 to March 2014, where responsibilities included assisting in daily operations and management. Prior to that, Ricsan worked as a Security Access Control Engineer and Inside Plant Supervisor at Dyn Al Rushaid Services Company Limited from June 2005 to June 2007, overseeing engineering project coordination. Ricsan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology, completed between 1988 and 1996, and completed secondary education at Saint Peters College in Iligan City, Philippines from 1983 to 1988.
