Justin Shearer

Justin Shearer is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience and solutions management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience at PCI Energy Solutions since October 2013, Justin oversees all aspects of customer engagement, including pre-sales engineering, deployment project execution, and customer success programs. Previously, Justin held roles such as Vice President of Solutions, Senior Director, Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Analyst at PCI Energy Solutions, contributing as a thought leader and mentor in pre-sales engineering. Prior experience includes serving as QA Team Lead at Agio and ISS SCAS Operations Associate at MSCI Inc. Justin holds an M.B.A. in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma, along with a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the same institution.
