Venus McGhee Prince has a diverse and extensive work experience. Venus McGhee started their career in 2006 as an Attorney General for the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, where they served until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the Deputy Solicitor of Indian Affairs at the US Department of Interior. Following this, they joined Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP as a Counsel from 2015 to 2019. Currently, Venus is the Chief Compliance Officer at Wind Creek Hospitality since April 2019.
Venus McGhee Prince pursued their undergraduate education at Harvard University from 1991 to 1995. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Following their undergraduate studies, Venus went on to attend the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 1995 to 1998. During these three years, they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, specializing in the field of Law.
