Aleck Yorkston-Dives

Aleck Yorkston-Dives has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years. Aleck currently holds the position of Vice President, Service Excellence at PCI Pal since April 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Product Manager - Voice and Networks from October 2020 to April 2021. At PCI Pal, Aleck also worked as the Voice Operations Manager from May 2019 to October 2020, where they led a team in maintaining and developing global telecommunications infrastructure and networks. Aleck was involved in building PCI Pal's suite of Voice and Connectivity products and establishing partnerships with global vendors. Earlier in their career, Aleck worked as a Customer Solutions Architect and a Second Line Engineer at PCI Pal.

Before joining PCI Pal, Aleck worked at Domestic & General as an IT Engineer - Contact Centre Technologies from December 2017 to December 2018. Prior to that, they were associated with Vodafone, where they held various roles. These included Solution Design Architect from October 2016 to December 2017, 2nd Line Technical Analyst from July 2015 to October 2016, and One Net Administrator from September 2014 to July 2015. As a Customer Operations Administrator at Vodafone, Aleck provided administrative support and expertise for customer service teams.

Additionally, Aleck worked as an Insolvency Advisor for Teleperformance UK on a contract with Vodafone UK from June 2014 to September 2014. Aleck also gained experience as a Residence Support Assistant at Keele University, where they provided disciplinary and welfare support to students living on campus from September 2013 to September 2014. Furthermore, Aleck served as a Volunteer Youth Worker at Medway Council from September 2010 to September 2011. Throughout their career, they have developed skills in leadership, team management, product development, strategic partnerships, and customer support.

Aleck Yorkston-Dives pursued higher education at Keele University from 2011 to 2014. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Environmental Science with Biology. In terms of additional certifications, Aleck attended The SIP School in October 2016 and acquired the SIP School Certified Associate certification. Aleck also obtained the SIP School Voice and Video over IP Professional certification during the same period. Recently, in September 2020, Aleck completed the AudioCodes Certified Professional - SBC Advanced Routing and Multitenancy certification and in August 2020, they also received the AudioCodes Certified Professional - SBC Advanced Interworking and Security certification, both offered by AudioCodes.
