Florence Tseng

Florence Tseng has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Florence started their career at American Specialty Health in 2009, where they held positions such as Sr. Coordinator, Policy Support, Project Manager, and Associate Manager in the Delegation Support and Quality Assurance departments. In 2015, they joined MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. as an External Compliance Support Manager. Florence returned to American Specialty Health in 2016, serving as Manager in Practitioner Contracting Support and then Senior Manager in Delegation Support, Client Services. Currently, since 2023, they are working as a Quality Compliance Audit Manager at PCI Pharma Services.

Florence Tseng completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from UCLA from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, they also obtained an Intensive Chinese Language Program Certificate from East China Normal University through the Education Abroad Program.
