Rhys George-Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rhys began their career in 2008 as an Administrative Officer at HM Courts & Tribunals Service, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they transitioned to British Gas as a Customer Service Advisor before joining System Street Films Ltd as a Director. Rhys held this position until 2018 and was involved in writing, producing, and editing feature-length content.
In 2018, Rhys joined Red Ruin Entertainment Ltd as a Director, where they specialized in horror genre content production and provided video editing services to distributors. Rhys also held various roles within the company, including Writer, Producer, and Editor.
From 2019, Rhys served as the Head of Script Submissions at Fractured Visions, a position they currently hold. In 2021, they joined PCI Pharma Services as a Quote Executive, where they were responsible for drafting strategic proposals for a diverse range of clients. Rhys has recently been promoted to the role of Global Marketing Manager.
During their career, Rhys also briefly worked at Medical Research Network as a Senior Proposals Associate. Rhys'sexperience spans across different sectors, showcasing their adaptability and skills in various roles.
Rhys George-Lewis completed their education at the Oxford College of Marketing from 2021 to 2024, where they earned a CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing/Professional Digital Marketing, specializing in Marketing. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, they attended The Open University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in English Literature (British and Commonwealth). In addition to their formal education, Rhys also obtained various certifications, including "Innovation in Marketing" from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in March 2023, "CIM Affiliate Studying Member" from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in December 2021, and "Leading a Marketing Team" from LinkedIn in September 2021.
