Todd Mundell

Todd Mundell started their work experience as a Computer Technician at Warner Electric/Linear in September 1999 and worked there until May 2001. Todd then joined Newell Rubbermaid as a Help Desk Associate in September 2001 and left in October 2002. In June 2003, Todd joined T-Systems as a Senior Support Specialist Level II and later became a Tier II Desktop Support in September 2009. Todd worked in various capacities, including resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting network printers, and providing support to more than 900 end users. In July 2014, Todd joined PCI Pharma Services as a Desktop Support Tech 1.

Todd Mundell has a diverse educational background in the field of Information Technology. Todd obtained an AAS degree in Personal Computer Technician from Rock Valley College, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Todd then pursued a Bachelors degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University, completing it in 2004. More recently, they achieved a degree in Data Assurance & IT Security from Rock Valley College in 2020. In addition to their degrees, Todd has obtained certifications such as A+ from CompTIA in 2005 and Windows 11: Administration from LinkedIn in July 2023. The institution where they obtained the ITIL certification is unknown.
