Blaine Maciborsky

As the vice president of PCL Construction Management Inc. (Calgary), Blaine is responsible for all buildings, civil, and Special Projects​ operations within southern Alberta. He presently oversees a staff of 220 salaried professionals on multiple commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects, ranging in value from $50,000 to $500 million. Blaine joined PCL in Edmonton 1982 as an estimator, and in the early ‘90s relocated to Ottawa and was instrumental in the start-up of PCL’s eastern Ontario operation. He progressed to the position of chief estimator and construction manager, and in 2006 was promoted to district manager of PCL Calgary. Blaine is a Canadian Construction Association (CCA) Gold Seal-certified estimator.
