Gil Garcia

Gil Garcia, CGC, CCM, DBIA, is a seasoned professional in construction management with extensive experience in water treatment and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager at PCL Construction, Gil is overseeing a significant CMAR project for a new 30 MGD Surface Water Treatment Plant. Previous roles include Sr. Project Manager at Thalle Construction Company, Inc., where Gil managed a 6 MGD Water Reclamation Facility, and Construction Manager for a major PPP project at Fincantieri Infrastructure, involving the largest cruise terminal in Port of Miami. Committed to public works, Gil has also managed a 5-year Capital Improvement Program for the City of North Miami Beach. Gil holds a Master’s Degree in Earth Systems Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.
