Megan Herfel has been in the workforce since 2005. Megan started their career as a Clerical Assistant at Quality Ford, then worked as a Steno Float at Dairyland Power Cooperative from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Customer Service Representative at Vernon Telephone Cooperative. Megan then moved on to pc/nametag, where they held the role of Account Manager from 2010 to 2017. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior Account Manager, where they create long-term, trusting partnerships with top existing customers to retain and grow sales revenue. Megan is also responsible for the configuration, integration and administration of the Hubspot CRM for the team.
Megan Herfel earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2006. Additionally, they obtained a HubSpot Sales Software Certified certification from HubSpot in April 2020.
