Amjid Moushtaha

Amjid Moushtaha has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications. Amjid began their career at Huawei Technologies in 2009, where they worked as a Field Survey and Technical Analyser. In this role, they performed site identifications and evaluations, as well as analyzed site engineering drawings for macro sites and small cells. Amjid also handled customer complaints by making necessary changes after conducting drive tests and real-time tracing.

In 2012, Amjid joined KNETCO as a Huawei Contractor and worked as a Wireless Performance Engineer. Amjid was responsible for monitoring and reporting daily network Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Amjid generated and verified KPIs, stats, counters, and reports, with a full understanding of wireless counters and contractual formulas.

Amjid then moved on to GTC, also as a Huawei Contractor, in 2013. Amjid worked as a Radio Optimization Engineer and handled various tasks including cluster optimization, capacity analysis, parameters discrepancies fixing, and special events preparation. Amjid provided support to the 3G team and effectively managed worst cells, new site integration, and customer complaints.

In 2017, Amjid joined TeleWorld Solutions as a Senior Radio Frequency Engineer. In this role, they contributed their expertise in radio frequency engineering and worked until 2019.

Amjid'smost recent role was at PCTEL, where they served as a Senior System Engineer. Amjid led the validation and regression test team, designing and executing tests for new products to detect defects and collect performance data. Amjid also provided critical product feedback on antenna and wireless solutions.
