Jason Zhou

Jason Zhou has a background in corporate development, M&A advisory, and venture capital. Jason has served as the Director of Corporate Development at Apryse since June 2020. Prior to that, Jason worked as a Senior Associate in M&A Advisory at Deloitte Canada from January 2018 to June 2020. Jason also gained experience as a Venture Capital Associate at Istuary Innovation Group from September 2016 to October 2017.

Jason Zhou obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Organizational Studies with a specialization in Finance from Western University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition, they have also pursued additional certifications including the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), and is a Level III Candidate in the CFA Program from the CFA Institute.
