Michael Schuster holds an MBA and has extensive experience in product development and innovations across multiple industries. Currently a member of the Product Development and Management Association since September 2014, Michael has held senior vice president roles at Chem-Aqua, Inc., NCH Europe, Chemsearch, NCH Life Sciences, NCH Corporation, and Danco, Inc., where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams, driving product innovations, enhancing quality while reducing costs, and achieving substantial growth through patented technologies. Michael's leadership resulted in the development of numerous high-impact products and patents, transforming market opportunities and solidifying competitive advantages. Additionally, Michael has a strong educational background with degrees from Purdue Global and Northwestern University.
