Brian Wu

Brian Wu possesses extensive experience in network engineering and IT support. Currently serving as a Network Engineer at PDRI by Pearson since June 2012, responsibilities include configuring and maintaining various network infrastructure devices, along with overseeing NOC monitoring systems. Previous roles include Help Desk Team Lead, where Brian provided technical knowledge and support to technicians, and IT Help Desk Technician, where Brian managed troubleshooting for a user base exceeding 4000. Prior to PDRI, Brian worked at Patriot Computers as a Sales Associate & Technician, ensuring effective communication and accuracy in customer orders. Brian holds a Bachelor's Degree in 3D Animation from George Mason University, obtained in 2011.
