Michael Lalond

Michael LaLond has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Michael started their career in 1999 as a Managing Director at CQSS LLc., where they gained extensive experience in various areas such as clinical investigator audits, vendor qualification audits, SOP development and training, and more. Michael also has experience in conducting audits, addressing critical findings, and providing recommendations as a Senior Auditor at Syneos Health. Additionally, they worked as a Sr. Manager at Astellas Pharmaceuticals, where they were responsible for global quality and management of regional/global audits. Michael then joined Takeda as an Associate Director before taking on their current role as Director of CQA at PDS Biotechnology.

Michael LaLond received a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1986 to 1990. Michael also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry and Sports Medicine from the same university during the same period.
