Johan Adelgaard has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Johan began their career as a Sales Representative at Carlsberg Sweden in 1999. Johan then pursued their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics and Marketing at Vaxjo University from 1999 to 2003.

After completing their education, Johan joined Oracle Corporation Canada as a Territory Manager, responsible for sales and strategic planning for the Canadian market and U.S. public sector. Johan then took on the role of Strategic Business Partner Manager, working with Oracle's biggest partners.

In 2007, Johan joined IBM, where they held several positions over the course of several years. Johan started as a Solution Sales Specialist and later became the Nordic Sales Lead for Project and Portfolio Management. Johan then moved on to become the Nordic Segment Lead for IBM SWG and subsequently worked as the Global Marketing Manager for IBM SWG. Johan'sresponsibilities included marketing strategy, portfolio management, and product management.

From 2012 to 2015, Johan worked as a Market Manager for Systems and Software Engineering at IBM, focusing on formulating segment strategies and managing change within the organization. Johan then took on the role of Offering Manager for Watson Internet of Things Engineering Solutions at IBM, where they led cross-functional teams and set detailed direction for offerings.

In 2018, Johan joined PTC as a Strategic Partner Manager, responsible for expanding PTC's business through channel partners for various solutions. Johan then transitioned to the role of Head of Marketing at PDSVISION in 2019, where they developed and maintained the company's marketing strategy and executed marketing initiatives.

Currently, Johan is the Head of Sales and Marketing at PDSVISION, overseeing the sales and marketing functions of the company.
