Jonas Persson

Jonas Persson has a wide range of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Jonas is currently the Chief People Officer at PDSVISION. Previously, they served as the VP Head of HR & HS at Uddeholm AB from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Pirelli Tyre Nordic from 2014 to 2020, where they were responsible for HR strategy and sustainability. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Transmode Systems from 2013 to 2014, overseeing HR initiatives and processes globally. Jonas also has experience as the Nordic Human Resources Manager at Toshiba Tec Nordic AB from 2009 to 2013, and as the Human Resources Director at Accor from 2005 to 2009. Jonas began their career as the Human Resources Manager at Enea AB from 2000 to 2005 and as an HR Business Partner and Training Manager at Vodafone from 1996 to 2000. Overall, Jonas has a strong background in HR management, talent development, and implementing HR strategies across multiple organizations.
