Justin Volden

Justin Volden is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management and technical operations. Currently serving as Product Manager for North America at Converge Technology Solutions Corp. since May 2022, Justin has held various roles at PDS since August 2004, including Business Engagement Manager and Technical Operations Manager/Sr. Application Administrator. Justin's expertise encompasses platform and datacenter administration, development of custom toolsets, and data analytics in operations. With earlier positions such as Service Desk Manager and Help Desk Analyst Team Lead, Justin has managed large teams and enhanced customer service processes. Justin holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science in CIS-System Administration Specialist from Madison Area Technical College and a Nano Degree in Growth Product Management from Udacity.
