Randal Hancock

Randal Hancock possesses extensive experience in port operations and fleet management, currently serving as the Sr Head of Port Operations at Peabody Energy since February 2019. Prior to this role, Randal held the position of Port Operations Manager at Drummond Company from November 2005 to February 2019, where responsibilities included monitoring production and quality reports for shipments. Randal's career also includes roles as Facility/Equipment Manager at Sunbelt Environmental Services, Fleet Maintenance Manager at Mobile Forrest Products, and Transportation Maintenance Manager at Mobile County Public School System, demonstrating proficiency in operational management and maintenance oversight. Randal began a professional journey in the United States Marine Corps, where service as Commanding Officer involved the training and maintenance of equipment for over 238 Marines. Randal holds a BBA in Business Administration and Management from Faulkner University.
