James Durrant is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Regional Chef Manager at Peach Pubs since September 2018, James previously held the titles of Senior Head Chef and Head Chef at the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as Acting Head Chef and Sous Chef at Peach Pubs, as well as Chef de Partie at THE MOLE INN LTD and Commis Chef at The Angel.
