Jordan Kellerman

Jordan is responsible for developing and executing capital strategy for growth and serves as the team’s primary contact for the Peachtree investor community.

Before joining Capital Markets in 2021, Jordan was a member of the firm’s investment team responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing both real estate and debt deals. Prior to joining the company in 2017, Jordan was a consultant and appraiser with HVS where he performed market studies, appraisals, and feasibility analyses for a broad range of hotels across the country, in the Caribbean, and in Central America.

Jordan graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in entrepreneurship and during his time in college he worked at GE Capital and Northwestern Mutual.

Jordan holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses with Peachtree PC Investors.
