Rebecca Gutierrez

Rebecca Gutierrez is a Senior Regional Manager for Peak in the state of Utah. Rebecca has been with Peak since 2014 and has led as both an Asset Manager and Regional Manager. Using her 17 years of property management experience, Rebecca’s current role includes directly oversees all residential property operations, including budgets, cash flow forecasting, management and marketing.Her background also includes managing Condo associations and overseeing 100 single-family homes at one time. Rebecca holds her Accredited Residential Manager degree from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
