Yanis Boudjouher

Yanis Boudjouher, CFA, is a seasoned professional in the energy and infrastructure sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of M&A at Peak Energy since February 2024 and Board Director at Valmy Capital from June 2023. With extensive experience, Yanis founded and managed ICM from June 2015 to December 2023, focusing on sustainable infrastructure projects in Myanmar. Prior roles include CEO of ReEx Capital Asia, where responsibilities encompassed business opportunity sourcing and closing in the Clean Energy sector, and Co-Founder & Board Director at IPEx Cleantech Asia, facilitating technology transfer initiatives. Yanis also founded Agora Clean Energy and held key positions at EDF, including Deputy Head of M&A and Structured Finance, contributing to major transactions across multiple countries. Yanis holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and a Master’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from SUPELEC.
