Vanessa Elkan is a seasoned professional in the fields of policy research and philanthropic consulting, currently serving as the Senior Knowledge and Learning Manager at PEAK Grantmaking since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Policy Research Analyst for Multnomah County from 2020 to June 2023, and as a Philanthropic and Research Consultant at Vanessa Elkan Meyer, LLC from 2019 to 2021. Additional positions include Program Officer at the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta (2017-2019), Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Southern Education Foundation (2008-2017), and Coordinator for the Georgia Afterschool Investment Council at United Way of Greater Atlanta (2007-2008).
