Lisa Thomas-Stives, CPC, is a seasoned professional in medical coding and auditing with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Profee Auditor at Peak Health Solutions since July 2016, Lisa focuses on coding, auditing, and documentation review. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Professional Fee Coder at Resolution Consultants, Inc. and contributed to HCC projects while performing pro fee coding and some auditing. Experience also includes a position as a Coder at Texas Orthopaedics, where Lisa handled coding, denial appeals, and provider education, along with quarterly E&M audits. Lisa began their career at SSC Information Technology, now SPi Healthcare, as a Coder III. Lisa studied at John A. Logan College from 1988 to 1990.
