Shy-Quon Ely II, MBA, ABD has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Shy-Quon is currently serving as the Chief Science Officer at Peak Mind - Well-being technology since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Ignite Achievement Academy, which they co-founded in July 2016. In 2021, they worked as a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at Indiana State University from August 2021 to August 2022. Shy-Quon also has experience as a Principal at Tindley Summit Elementary Academy from April 2014 to July 2016. Furthermore, they have a background in academic youth mentorship as the President/CEO of FusiK MusIQ, Inc., where they implemented programs that integrated academics with the arts to foster personal development and confidence in young people.

Shy-Quon Ely II, MBA, ABD has a diverse education history. Shy-Quon started their educational journey by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science with a specialization in Pharmacology from Purdue University, where they studied from 1997 to 2004.

In 2007, Shy-Quon pursued higher education once again and enrolled in Indiana Wesleyan University, where they successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. Shy-Quon concluded their MBA studies in 2009.

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge in the education field, Shy-Quon then attended Marian University Indianapolis between 2011 and 2013. At Marian University, they studied and completed the Academy for Teaching and Learning Leadership (Admin License) program, focusing on Educational Leadership and Administration.

Shy-Quon's passion for education led him to further advance their knowledge and skills in the field. From 2014 to 2015, they attended Indiana State University, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, with a specialization in General Administration.
