Giles Hassall

Giles Hassall is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in protein and cell science, currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Peak Proteins Ltd. since September 2016. Prior to this role, Giles spent over two decades at AstraZeneca as a Senior Research Protein and Cell Scientist, contributing to drug discovery projects. Earlier in the career, Giles was a Research Scientist at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, focusing on asthma drug discovery programs. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from UNCW Bangor University, complemented by A level studies in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and General Studies from King's School, Chester. Early education was completed with O level studies at St David's College, Llandudno.
