Margaret Veldman-Jones

Margaret Veldman-Jones is a seasoned Senior Cell Scientist at Peak Proteins since July 2019, bringing extensive experience from a career that includes roles such as Complete Printmaker at Hot Bed Press Printmaking Studio and Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca. At AstraZeneca, Margaret contributed to various stages of the drug discovery process, focusing on target identification, validation, and biomarker selection while evaluating large and small molecules, as well as antisense and siRNA technologies. Margaret holds a degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Microbiology from Hogeschool IJselland Deventer, completed in 1996, and graduated high school from Veluws College in 1992.
