Matt Barresi

Matt is an Analyst at PEAK Technology Partners, focusing on the execution side of M&A and capital-raising transactions for technology firms.

Prior to PEAK, Matt spent time with Morgan Stanley in NYC working in their Risk Management Department, where he analyzed trends in exposure across multiple metrics. He was specifically in charge of monitoring two of Morgan Stanley’s legal entities and their exposure pertaining to Country Risk, Credit Risk, and Market Risk. Matt graduated Cum Laude from American University’s Kogod School of Business with a BS in Finance with a specialization in Investment Analysis and Real Estate Development. During Matt’s time at American, he was a part of their Division 1 Men’s Soccer Program.
