Nick Bountouvas

Nick is an Analyst at PEAK Technology Partners where he focuses on business development and the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions for technology companies.

Prior to PEAK, Nick worked in controls advisory and SOX compliance for First Republic Bank. Prior to that, he was a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory practice.

Nick graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Business Administration - Financial Management and a Minor in Economics.

In his free time, Nick enjoys classic truck restoration and watching Oakland A’s baseball.
