Melissa Pea

Melissa Pea is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in talent operations and culture development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Operations & Culture at Peak Toolworks since June 2019, Melissa has played a key role in establishing a robust HR foundation and enhancing organizational compliance and effectiveness. Prior to this, Melissa was the Human Resource Site Leader/Sr HR Generalist at Trane-Ingersoll Rand from January 2014 to May 2019, where contributions focused on supporting unionized operations and improving productivity through lean initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as the HR/Finance Manager at Vorzeigen Machining Inc., where strategic HR and financial initiatives were developed, and as a Sales Representative at Yellow Book USA, providing marketing support across multiple sales offices. Melissa holds a Bachelor's Degree from Ball State University - Miller College of Business.
