Dustin Ledgess has extensive experience in information technology support, currently serving as an Information Technology Support Technician and Cloud Support Engineer at Peak UpTime since December 2018. Prior roles include Support Technician at BlackHawk Industrial, Audio, Video, and Network Technician at Video Revolution Inc, and Network Installation Technician at Rocket Gaming Systems, among others. Dustin's career began at Geek Squad, where expertise in audio, video, and network systems was developed from October 2008 to March 2014. Dustin holds two Associate's degrees in Network and System Administration, obtained from National American University and ITT Technical Institute-Tulsa.
