Alice Zwahlen has an extensive work experience in various HR leadership roles. Starting in 1996, they worked at Allstate as a Senior Manager, where they led the Organization and Performance Development Team and oversaw leadership development and organizational change efforts. From 2005 to 2011, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Premier, Inc., responsible for talent acquisition and employee relations. Following that, they joined Crescent Communities, LLC as the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer, focusing on human capital strategies, talent management, and employee relations. In 2017, Alice became the Vice President of Human Resources at Ken Garff Automotive Group, where they reorganized the HR department, implemented cost-saving measures, and established an efficient recruiting operation. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resource Officer at Peak Utility Services Group, leading the company's human capital strategy and overseeing various HR functions.
Alice Zwahlen has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland. In addition, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in December 2015, and they also have an SPHR certification.
