Michael Song

Michael Song is the Director IT & Security at PeakCommerce. Michael has also worked as a Masters Candidate at Columbia University in the City of New York, a Senior Citrix Engineer at Norfolk Southern Corporation, a Senior Technical Engineer at Citrix, and a Network Services Engineer at Ricoh Americas Corporation. Michael started their career as a Global Helpdesk Analyst at IBM.

Michael Song has a Master's degree from Columbia University and a management information systems degree from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Michael is also certified by Citrix in virtualization, networking, mobility, and as an administrator for Citrix XenApp 6 and XenDesktop 5. Michael is also certified by Dell SonicWALL as a Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator (CSSA) and by Citrix as a Citrix Certified Advanced Administrator for Citrix XenApp 6 (CCAA) and Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer (CCEE).
