Johnny Borchardt has a diverse work experience. Johnny began their career in 2011 as a Student Director at Calvary Youth, where they were responsible for volunteer recruitment, interviews, and training, as well as family and teen counseling and classes. In 2013, they moved to Groove Automotive as a Sales Guide. In 2014, they joined Groove Subaru as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they were a liaison between the service department and sales team, answered customer questions regarding vehicle specifications, and facilitated customer feedback and issue resolution. In 2015, they joined TIBCO as a Technical Recruiter and Recruiter, where they supported full life cycle recruiting for the Tech, Legal, Sales, Support, and operations teams, and strategically sourced from various social media outlets. In 2020, they joined MCA Connect as a Recruiter, where they sourced niche candidates for hard to fill roles and conducted initial interviews and scheduling follow up. Johnny also joined Mortgage Connect LLC as a Talent Manager, where they were responsible for full life cycle recruiting and onboarding, people operations, and brand development. Additionally, they joined Kadiant and Advanced Energy as a Recruiter. In 2021, they joined Peaksware Holdings, LLC as a Recruiter, and in 2022, they joined Springboard as a Career Coach.
Johnny Borchardt has a Master's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from the Virginia Beach Theological Seminary, which they obtained between 2008 and 2011. Johnny also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling Psychology from Northland International University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2008.
