Kshitij Dhaka's work experience includes serving as a Business Development Representative at Pearce Services, where their primary focus is on growing the Solar Engineering Group. In this role, they aim to establish a strong relationship between solar companies and engineering firms by helping them close more deals, increase profitability, and reduce O&M costs. Prior to this, Kshitij worked as an Operations Team Lead at Pearce Services and as an Engineering Assistant. Before joining Pearce Services, they worked as a solution provider at Hettich India Pvt. Ltd.

Kshitij Dhaka completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chitkara University between the years 2017 and 2021.
