Kyle Gearhart

Kyle Gearhart, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kyle is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Pearce Services, where they oversee the company's financial operations. Prior to this, they were the Director of Finance at the same company and was responsible for leading the FP&A team in supporting various divisions.

Before joining Pearce Services, Gearhart worked at MINDBODY, Inc. for several years. Kyle held various positions, including Director of FP&A and Senior Finance Manager. In these roles, they played a key role in planning and analyzing revenue streams for the company, driving strategic plans, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Kyle obtained their MBA degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Prior to their MBA, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Journalism at the University of Montana from 1999 to 2001. Their undergraduate education was completed at Grinnell College from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
