Tiandra Hayes

Tiandra Hayes is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Pearce Services since November 2018, Tiandra has developed expertise in overseeing complex projects. Prior to this role, Tiandra worked at POWER Engineers from April 2016 to November 2018 as a Telecom OSP Engineer Designer and Project Manager, contributing to the design and management of telecommunications infrastructure. Earlier experience includes serving as a Store Manager at LoneStar from April 2010 to August 2016, where Tiandra honed leadership and operational skills.
