Nathan has over eight years of experience in the energy-efficiency industry in both Canada and the U.S., ranging from leading an insulation installation crew as a BPI Building Analyst and Envelope Professional to managing energy and water conservation campaigns in low-income, multi-family housing communities. After taking a few years away from the industry to work as a political campaign organizer and complete a B.A. in Economics at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, he is excited to continue mission-driven, impactful work with Pearl.
