Emilie Leadley

Emilie Leadley has extensive experience in customer service and project management within various industries. Currently, Emilie serves as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Pearl Insurance, where responsibilities include providing exceptional service in billing and carrier payables since 2018. Emilie has been with Pearl Insurance since 2010, initially as a Service Support Representative, validating carrier payable reports and assisting in daily processes. Prior to this, Emilie worked at Bear-Wolf Studios from 2005 to 2019, holding multiple roles including Producer, Project Manager, and Voice Actress. Emilie's early career includes roles as Regional Wine Sales at Specialty Imports and Wine Educator at The Wine Experience at Super Liquors, showcasing a strong foundation in sales and customer education. Emilie holds a BA in History from Eastern Illinois University.
